Your needs are our top priority. It is important to us that you are not only satisfied with the quality of our products, but also that everything runs smoothly on installation day. With over 1,000 pods installed, you benefit from our expertise and can trust our installation team to handle the process, as well as share any comments or requests you may have.

But even after installation, your satisfaction remains our top priority. Our pods are designed for maximum durability and maintenance-free use. However, should maintenance or replacement be necessary—even if it’s unexpected—we’re always here for you and will immediately send our service team to your location.

What you need to know about installation:

What preparations does the customer need to make?

Very little:

Access to the building and the premises (doors, elevator if applicable)
Open floor space without major obstacles
A power outlet within reach

Our team is trained to minimize any disruption to your daily work routine.

How long does installation take?

Approximately 90–120 minutes after delivery. Your team can continue working undisturbed during this time—we’ll coordinate the timing according to your preferences.

How much lead time is there until the delivery date?

Standard delivery time is approximately 6 weeks from the date of order confirmation. Do you have a specific deadline (e.g., moving into a new office)? Let us know—we’ll work around your schedule.

Longer lead times are also possible; for example, an order placed in December with delivery several months later.

Can deliveries be made even without a freight elevator?

Yes. Our pods are delivered in individual parts and assembled on site. This means that even narrow stairwells, small elevators, or winding access routes are no obstacle—we’ve already installed pods in older buildings with narrow spiral staircases.
